Iranian actor Mohsen Kiaee is slated to participate at the Fajr Film Festival with two films.
‘Nostalgia Celebration’ directed by Pouria Azarbaijani and Mostafa Kiaee’s ‘Istanbul Juncture’ are the two Fajr Festival movies that Kiaee has starred in.
‘Nostalgia Celebration’ narrates the story of the real relations between people and its connection to the social networks.
‘Istanbul Juncture’ costars Bahram Radan, Mohsen Kiaee, Sahar Dowlatshahi, Mahoor Alvand and Mehdi Pakdel.
A tragic collapse of high-rise landmark building Plasco in Tehran occurred last January, killing several people including brave firefighters in Iran. The fire, explosion, and collapse incident was a national tragedy that will mourn Iranians upon the anniversary arrival for years to come.
The flick depicts the story of Plasco Building.
Established in 1982, the Fajr Film Festival celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films.
Since its establishment, the Fajr Film Festival has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.
Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran every year.
The 36th edition of the Fajr Film Festival is slated for February 1-11, 2018, in Tehran.
